The Winner must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the performance. Written consent for the use of the intended livingroom must be supplied prior to scheduling the performance. The location for the performance may not be a commercial building or club. Get Even Productions reserves the right to offer Vendettas merchandise for sale at the performance. This offer is only valid in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. The Free Livingroom Concert must be booked within 6 months of the winning notification. This Livingroom Concert is presented to the winner free of charge and may not be used to generate revenue through the sale of tickets or admission of any kind. Get Even Productions will supply all necessary instruments and equipment free of charge. The owner of the intended livingroom will be required to sign a damage and personal liability waiver prior to the performance. The Owner of the livingroom is responsible to be aware of and in compliance with all local noise ordinances. Get Even Productions reserves the right to record audio and video of the performance for it’s sole use and ownership.
